If I’m paying 5 employees £12.71 ph and have to increase to £15 I have to find an extra £29k+ a year (if you include NI and NEST etc based on 40hrs per week) does anyone think a business like a coffee shop can magic up an extra £29k + a year without putting up prices?

Today we announce a new policy:
In order to deport all illegal migrants in Britain, Reform will need to detain tens of thousands at a time.
Migrants will not be able to leave these detention centres, and each will be held there a couple of weeks before being deported.
So here’s our promise:
A Reform government will not put any migrant detention facilities in any constituency with a Reform MP.
Nor will we put them where Reform controls the council.
And of the remaining areas, we will prioritise Green controlled parliamentary constituencies and Green controlled councils to locate the detention centres.
Put simply, if you vote in a Reform council or Reform MP, we guarantee you won’t have a detention centre near you.
If you vote Green, there’s a good chance you will.
This is an important exercise in democratic consent, not just for our mass deportation policy, but for where the detention centres are placed.
Given @ZackPolanski openly advocates for open borders, I look forward to their warm embrace of this policy.

One thing on the pro-Palestine marches. If you accept they directly intimidate the Jewish community (which they do) then you must also acknowledge the Unite the Kingdom rallies have precisely the same effect on Muslim and other minority communities. We ban both, or neither.

@KernowDamo Its not in farages interests to debate Polanski. Farage needs Polanski to do well to take votes off labour as Labour are the only party capable of defeating reform at a general election due to how votes for the Greens are concentrated across the country in certain areas.

Just to be clear: Zack Polanski IS a threat to this country. It’s absurd to think otherwise. Look at Gorton and Denton. Now think about Rochdale, Oldham and Bolton in the next election. City Centre Manchester? Yes, there too. And if it happens in Manchester, it will certainly happen in Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol - and any number of small and medium towns to you care to think of. We’re in a bloody mess.

They were arriving in lorries before the UK left the EU and moved to using boats when lorry security was tightened around a similar time to Brexit.

France is still in the EU and also has an asylum seeker crisis and is unable to return them all under the Dublin agreement due to other EU nations being at capacity. They came to the UK in lorries before the boats.

However I may still vote Labour if Labour stop the boats and show some patriotism. If they fail this then it will be tories or reform.
