Five posts inside a 40 minute window this afternoon: 57 minutes ago, 45 minutes ago, 41 minutes ago, 33 minutes ago, and 17 minutes ago. A new post roughly every 8 to 10 minutes at points. Every single one was reactive. A chart attacking Burnham's rough sleeping record. A "gaslit and lied to" post about grid costs. A quote tweet of Zia Yusuf accusing the Home Secretary of misleading the Commons. A reply calling Ed Miliband's renewables auction "a con." And a quote tweet of Farage demanding a general election because Burnham has no personal mandate. Not one policy proposal. Not one constructive idea. Just attack, attack, attack, aimed entirely at a leader who's been in the job for a matter of hours. Context matters here. This is a party that's gone from a comfortable poll lead to level with Labour in under a month, lost a councillor to the Conservatives, watched its own leader's explanation for a £5m gift collapse under new reporting, and is now facing a potential tax bill running into millions. A five-post flurry aimed at a brand new opponent within hours of him taking office doesn't read like strategy. It reads like panic.
