Damn. I tweeted this out 2 years ago when I was in between 1 and 2... I hit 3 hard soon after but right now in my life I am between 4 and 5 for certain tech that i am working on. A lot has changed in 2 years. It's only about consistency !!!!

My accountability group of 7 8 devs is helping so so so much. If you're struggling following through with something I highly recommend finding an accountability group or making one and putting the word out on social media

Just completed 100 of the curated 150 neetcode problems on leetcode. Still got the probably hardest dynamic programming section left to even start but I'm happy with my progress.

Got myself to do 1 month of leetcode consistently. That means at least 1 problem a day. With the recent layoffs globally, maybe it's not a good time to try and move right away but I'm gonna keep doing this till I become a super saiyan at it.

R10D100🥂 -hackerrank -Express practice Today I completed 10 rounds of 100DaysOfCode (1000 days) since I started in January of 2020. Since then I've become familiarized with 2 languages (Python, JS) and various libraries online courses, and a bootcamp.

@NewarkBG @KassandraSanch @thinhvux Maybe. When you're experienced it is just fun to do this I see a lot of beginner devs doing css art non stop. I feel if they spent half that time making responsive Web pages and building a portfolio, they'd find a job faster/ be more effective dev to the team.

@MarkBDsouza @KassandraSanch @thinhvux while I consider myself a very strong frontend engineer I bet @KassandraSanch can match the precise details of a design better and quicker than I can, in part from doing css art, so like a Udemy course etc it must have some value 🤷‍♂️ even if not used by a consumer

But why? What is the point?

@bipolarcoder86 My way of looking at it is : what do you have to lose? If they don't call you for an interview you lose nothing If you don't clear the interview, you get exp doing interviews and can be better prepared for the next one If you clear it, you get a job Win win win.

Has the Twitter algorithm changed? My timeline is a lot worse- I’m only seeing about 30% of tweets of people I follow (rest is random recommendations) and engagement seems to be down for a lot of good accounts?

Get shit done, but live your life. You're not a "slave" if you work a 9-5. You're not a "loser" if you watch Netflix. You're not "lazy" if you wake up after 6am. Stop listening to toxic accounts on social media.

I treated myself to rdr2 since it was in a 60% sale! I think it'll always be my favourite game of all time. Looking forward to passively playing it for a long long time

I've actually been getting back into some leetcode of late thanks to a group I came across through reddit. I no longer find much accountability like I used to with #100DaysOfCode on twitter cos not many people do it anymore. Hopefully this group works out

I've had some mental health issues lately, some stemming from childhood which has affected my ability to learn. I've also realized I've built up an insane amount of pressure due to not wanting to let people down(not an expectation they put on me, but one I put on myself).
