Arran Fawddy today, another 10 miles and 1000 metres total ascent. Day completed with a beef burger in Bala.

One of my exes got my a sandwich box with a freezable lid, so I can take chocolate on a hike and it’s not liquid mush. This Kit Kat had been out of the fridge for 5 hours before I ate it around 1pm. 😊

Bala lake was stunning today, calm but sooo cold!! Anyway didn’t manage to stand on the paddle board again, so just sat and drifted!! Can feel the burn on the skin now….thank god we got there for 9am it was heaving!
