According to HW, WWE wants to form a faction featuring Motor City Machine Guns, Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae in the near future, and so Candice helped MCMG win their match against Fraxiom on SmackDown.
The plan is that Candice will convince her husband’s old friends Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin to join Gargano and bring happiness to his life again after Ciampa left him.

Been saying on Off the Ropes and @TheCoachandBro show that this was a no brainer. Dumbest decision they have made yet. It’s why the NFL never goes back to back in the same city. And this is worse because Mania is truly about the fans and the fans are speaking loud and clear. And it’s too late for a pop. Yesterday was my official 5 month Anniversary of working with @jcwlunacy . It would be an absolute lie if I told you that this wild ride hasn't been stressful at times---because it HAS. It's the Wrestling Business" and a level of stress is always going to be involved---just like with any other job.
