Kaya naman nag-petition si VP Sara sa Supreme Court — hindi para magtago, kundi para mapigilan ang abuso sa proseso. Hindi naman dapat maging judge, jury, at executioner ang isang committee na biased na mula pa simula. Ang due process ay para sa lahat, kasama na si Sara.
