@AutoPap I love the 5 and A290 as it’s the closest thing to an affordable EV hot hatch but sadly local covenants prevent a charging point being installed 🙁 Only drive 1.5k miles per year though in my GR Yaris so I’m happy for now but applaud any marque that builds a compact and fun EV.

If it’s just a matter of transport, I think owning an EV now makes more sense than ever. Especially when it costs me approx £1.20 to charge for my week’s driving.

@CaryKelly11 I refuse to accept any criticism of British food from Americans. I love the US, go every year, twice this year in fact. But your food is fake, over processed shite. This is literally a potato, baked beans and cheese. In the US this would have another 240 toxic ingredients.

@CliveBranch @AutoPap I went to buy a pre reg’d Golf R during lockdown but the salesman couldn’t tell me the spec other than “well it’s Golf R spec innit, make a deposit and I’ll refund after the test drive” so I bought the GR instead. 0% at 24mths too woohoo 🙌🏻

This looks lovely. Remember going in to an Audi dealer wanting to buy a RS4. During one period of lockdown when we were allowed out I asked for a test drive, salesman looked at me and said “you know they’re expensive” I suppose I hadn’t shaved in 2 weeks and did look homeless 😂😂 (bought a new 911 instead)

@Dballesteros79 Yes, albeit very slowly in heavy traffic typical of the cathedral city. Such a majestic presence on the road. There’s a guy who regularly drives his F40 in the same area as well.
