Know when calling renal is indicated for an acute overdose. Compounds that can be dialyzed off: carbamazepine, lithium, ethylene glycol, amanita mushroom, metformin, methanol, isoniazid, salicylates, theophylline #FOAMtox

Mind boggling. I spend 1-5 hrs per peer review assignment, for free, out of love and hopes folks will do the same…but floored at publishing costs and this insanity. How do we burn down the house??

@MarkKSuMD1 Thanks Mark, I think I may have bit off more than I can chew… but I’m trying to remind myself, if I don’t shoot my shot now, when will I? If I don’t reach out and collaborate, when will I? But it’s people like you, I read your publications and think wow, that’s incredible!

Manuscript #1 -published last month… manuscript 2 & 3 submitted last month… manuscript 4 -proofed today… manuscript 5 submitted yesterday… turn focus back to writing manuscript 6 & 7 then start prepping 8, 9, 10. Prep conference slides for June & July…
