Over 30 degrees on the service out of London and the newly nationalised @SW_Help can’t leave because its air conditioning won’t work. The announcer’s suggestion - we’re going to turn it off and turn it back on again. We should have nationalised this years ago !

@SW_Help @nationalrailenq This is mistreatment especially in this weather. You shouldn’t have released the train. Let’s hope there are no medical issues on board in this heat

@nationalrailenq @MarkLT2012 My apologies for this, Mark. Unfortunately air conditioning cannot be adjusted while the train is outside of the depot; it appears that it's likely the unit is faulty. I'm very sorry for the discomfort experience when travelling with us today. ^CW
