An academy that could have worried about the pathway for prospects being blocked…have hope again. A fanbase frustrated by a team drifting … energised again. A club together again, Manchester United. As job auditions go, Michael Carrick could hardly have done much more. Deserves the job. United have tried bigger names and not fared as well. Carrick wants the job. He cares about the club.
