Hey @GMcanada, @GMand @ChevroletCanada , @chevrolet Suburban driver here, with a second blown engine. Except this time, I’m stuck on the side of I-80W in Pennsylvania, and @OnStar Canada doesn’t have the right database to get me towed in the right direction towards home or the ability to pay the difference after the first 32km…this is ridiculous. I’m literally up the creek without a paddle. Second time the engine has failed in this 2023 High Country.
