@MConallin Bill Gardner was sacked as South Queensland Crushers coach before he ever took them to a game of any sort.

@antonposa CNK was fine at centre! we got smoked in the middle and very very rusty combos with metcalf back, See Douehi skinning him and pompey for one of their early tries. this had the won it before kick off feel to it

No excuses tonight. Tigers wanted it more and defended better. Congrats to them, thought they were fantastic. Some pretty glaring issues for us. The CNK to centre idea didn't work, for me. Defensively the tigers exposed us heaps down that channel.

Newcastle started with intent but Liam Kennedy has caned them in the penalty count 7-1 and Fletcher Hunt being offside pushed his patience too much. Warriors halves have been great - Boyd and Hanson have had their good moments with ball in hand. #NRLWarriorsKnights

@TEETSNrl I think they are all well coached in how not to let 1 six again become 5. they give them up, but one thing about the wahs, they dont tend to let one become 3 or more in a row

The three Panthers style/Analytics-ball teams all undefeated probably not a coincidence with the 6 again rulings.

@SimonRaiwalui yeah, i am sure your players are above such scrutiny, pretty sure they are the source here. Sucks to be old aye. Side note, imagine having a CEO who cares to this level. Not board table, but fan level. I will take it.

@RazorRam0n @Katzo60 @EastsToWin1994 Because he wanted to play SoO. Now others can have their cake and eat it in regards to origin and playing for NZ, so Ponga wants to as well.

@MenInBlackNZ @WgtnPhoenixFC very shielded from the shit it seems. I feel very sorry for Chiefy, and can see him coaching another side thumping us in coming years. best players always moved on, reliant on kids, no continuity in key spots. tough job that nix one.

Also to the sNoWfLaKe comments this gesture alone is clearly not the crime of the century but when you are Ezra Mam and you’ve put your club through a HEADACHE and a half its best to control yourself instead of dropping this + a huge stinker of a game

@MenInBlackNZ @WgtnPhoenixFC people dont want this to be true but it is aye. the way the club is run doesnt help any manager, and the next one will be having the same press conference in 2-3 years time Fair play chiefy for having the nuts to go out this way

@ByPhillipRollo replace him, but nothing changes, as long as players move on after a year and there is 0 continuity of the squad the nix will continue to struggle.

Teddy Swims is killing it. Great choice. Just a shame the AFL had snoop Dogg. Pretty hard to follow that.

Maybe it’s just me, but over an hour after full-time, I’m deflated. One of the best rugby league games we’ve seen, close to the best non-decider final we’ve ever seen in our great game. And yet it’s another game decided by The Bunker. It just sours such a great contest for me.
