@MarkPryor2 Beckett’s!! I miss Iron Door so much. It was near perfect. But Beckett’s is really great, has an outdoor patio with a projector, too. Just get there early because they fill up quick (and pivot to VFW if they do).

The conversation on here about Uptown is just really disconnected from reality. I am there a lot, just drove through and saw 3 businesses between 28th and 31st with lines out the door. Was out at LynLake on Thursday at a packed bar for the Wild game.

Reigning U.S. Amateur winner Mason Howell is in the Masters field this week. As Golf Digest's @RHerringtonGD reported, the 18-year-old is a walking billboard at Augusta National thanks to NIL. Howell, who is headed to Georgia next fall, partnered with Shake Shack ahead of this week, and will sport the burger chain's logo on his left sleeve. He's also sponsored by Huntington Bank as well as the global law firm Eversheds Sutherland. As for that logo on his shirt collar, that's the logo for "The Rose," a brand new private club 15 minutes from UGA's Athens campus that Howell and his Bulldog teammates will practice at next season. The course opened for play to its members just a few weeks ago. Founding members include UGA alum Bubba Watson, Chris Kirk and Brendon Todd, as well as Super Bowl champ and former Dawg Matthew Stafford and Georgia football coach Kirby Smart.

Of all the baffling things the NHL does, sequestering huge games with wide fan appeal to NHL Network (a channel not available on every TV provider) and blacking them out on the league's paid subscription service (ESPN+) has to be near the top of the list.

@CHN_AdamWodon @chnews Great college hockey game. You can like or dislike the GM hype, but both teams were really good and that’s what makes college hockey.

It's unfortunate I let the hype machine irritate me so much, because that was a great game. Penn State played well. Cerrato getting hurt sucks. He makes that team go. They stayed out of the box which was huge. Gajan was tremendous for UMD. One turnover. Game over.
