No, You're having to change a Matrix with 15 columns in it so that the actual values show as tooltips behind the icons to show if they're good or bad.... SMEG

in one org I work, the office version I have is 2102 -- that's two and a half years old. Not only that I've been rejected twice for an update. Is there any link I can show them that tells that this version is not even supported by microsoft and that is a bad idea in general?

Simple little #PowerQuery hack for you. If you want to select a bunch of columns so you can use the "Remove other columns" command, don't use the Ctrl + Click method to multiselect. It's too easy to miss the ones you want or screw up your selection. Instead... 1/2
