@MadDaily2 Cricket is my sporting passion. Friends at many clubs. Used to watch Lancs regularly pre kids. Played for 30 years, coached for 40. Brilliant. Now do fixtures for a large junior league. Only 699 to set this season 🤦. Lancs have just built a new ground 2 miles away. Wonderful

@MarkShuttlewor1 Not specifically. I like Baseball and NFL (a long suffering Raiders fan). Bit of cricket and tennis as well. Easy stuff as sport doesn't really interest me much. Too much aggression all the time and over flowing passions. A more sedate life for me 😎😎

@MadDaily2 Sir Tom Finney retired in 1960. We were relegated the following season. Never been back. But I used to enjoy Mansfield away in a Tuesday night. Southend road trip on a Friday, stop over & see Derby v Southampton in top flight on way home. Do you have a sporting interest?

@MadDaily2 Well now. We remain season ticket holders for many, many years. May have been in black and white when I first bought one 🤣 Talk today if a Saudi takeover at advanced stages. They like me will wonder what that means. I hope it brings what your relatives are looking for

@MadDaily2 If only I could remember names too 🤦 I bet we both remember things from 40 odd years ago more easily than 2 years ago. Many things are too speedy these days & not just how we listen to music.

@MadDaily2 Years ago the qualifiers came to Preston. 6 tables & we could see all the scoreboards. We sat watching Tony Drago. I think he went 4-0 to an interval in the time another table saw a 100 break for 1st frame. Contrasts! Happy days.
