McBride: I always thought that Kash Patel’s incoherent answers and irresponsible leadership were incompetence, but apparently it was also intoxication. It’s a danger to our national security. My heart goes out to him. He clearly struggles with something. It’s probably best for him to grapple with that struggle and to become sober outside of government.
