@BritishGasHelp Could you guys please enable GPay in the BG Energy app? It's enabled on your website I just log in and use my fingerprint to pay but with the app I have to type in my card details every time 🤷‍♂️

@NorthantsPolice My cousin is currently being scammed by someone pretending to @channingtatum she recently sent them £500 to pay for an American passport so she can go live with him. She won't listen to reason despite 1/2

@BritishGasHelp Sure, but could just stop? I've only mentioned the 24 emails 22 texts and 2 letters from the last 20 days... They've been coming for months though. Even when I top up they still come. We both know I'm poor, quit rubbing it in.

You've been sending me these for months. I'm a full time #unpaidcarer I get £81.90 a week to run my household, I can't afford to give you the £30+ for electricity and the same again for gas. The choice is electricity for cooking or gas for heat. Eating out ways heating. 😔 2/2

@JustEatUK Have just confirmed that if you buy something through their app and it doesn't arrive, you are NOT entitled to a refund. But they can't tell you why. 😔 I don't care that it was "only" £2.29.

Every year just a few days after the anniversary of his death you send HIM a letter about MY rent?! This is so distressing. Is there some sort of data issue here? He died before NNC existed so why do you even have his details? 2/3

@NNorthantsC Why do you keep sending my brother letters? He passed away 5 years ago, before NNC even existed! The first letter from Corby Council in 2019 can be forgiven as it was sent just days after his passing. But now you're just taking the piss. 1/3

@NNorthantsC I don't really have much confidence in your website, I used it to report the repair even received this email confirming it was reported only to find out today that there was no record of my report 🤷‍♂️

@NNorthantsC are a nightmare, have no record of my repair request from Dec 2nd even though I have reference number, apparently as I'm able to use a bucket to flush the toilet that's a "good thing" so they'll get someone out January 9th to have a look at it 😔
