I’m pleased my positive video from #lufc ended up with over 206,000 views!! #alaw including those of us in #lent or #ramadan 🙏⚽️ not so pleased with the abuse & hate I got because of it.. including no help from @WestYorksPolice as “X is in USA” & X no help- so crime still there!

@LUFC As a Christian season ticket holder (& a Vicar at that) I think it’s a good statement - any one who boos has no real excuse they don’t know what is going on-let’s show some respect for what’s just a 1 min break #RamadanMubarak to all #LUFC & #NCFC Muslim fans & hope Leeds win! 🏆

Why does football in particular still hold a minority that hold so much hate - whether that’s Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, racism.

I was there & for fans booing because they knew players were opening their fast-we must do much better- also the club must do better with communication prior to game & just before this happens-we know what time it would happen! Will some #lufc fans boo v Norwich- sadly yes! 🙏
