Just arrived at the gate to fly with @KLM to Amsterdam. We have paid, seats booked, arrived with PLENTY of time yet we go to scan in at the gate and we’ve been told there’s no room on the plane!! But it’s ok we can get a flight in 4hrs time?!?! NOT ACCEPTABLE! #poor #klm

@avivaplc so far I've been on hold for 50 minutes trying to sort my car insurance out. This is poor! Why do you not have enough employees to answer your calls? Why not offer a call back service? Why waste everyone's time?

Update; 10 mins after a customer called for help a tannoy message went out for relief cashiers… ONE has turned up!!! One?!?! Every manager in the store is trained yet NONE of them arrive to support staff!

Is this the future? One till open and working at @Tesco @Tesco_rugby3115 The queue is huge, customers are calling for more cashiers, the staff ignoring them and the majority of the people standing in line are over 50… poor show. #TescoFail

I will NEVER become sanguine about rats. Apologies to everyone living in EX20 for screaming like a banshee breaking the otherwise beautifully quiet late afternoon; a large rat ran over my boot and I went apeshit, as I always do. This is the only way I like them.

@bt_uk there is silliness going on in Rugby. Haven’t had internet all day. Switched it off, unplugged and re-plugged- still got the purple flash. Kids can’t do homework, I can’t do office work and when you live in the countryside the internet is vital!

Another doctor visited, more tests to see if I can feel my legs, move my legs etc. Which I can, with pain. Left baffled...like all the others. I'm a medical mystery. Bugger.
