Just a heads up to $VELO. There was a $500M shelf for an ATM / Warrants dilution, which is structurally large relative to its $311m MC. This was a popular retail X stock for speculated SpaceX, Andruil, and Defense supply chains: With: - $32.6M from Department of War - $11.5M from Defense Primes - $9.8M from DLA Contracts all recently (largely positive for the company). They announced the dilution was for "scaling 400 production systems over the next decade" as well as M&A. However, I do think this amount relative to MC is pretty predatory, especially with ATMs. I mentioned earlier companies like $VELO can be strategically sound, but financially, not as much so when I covered the stock earlier. And this is a material risk to always consider. But, it's good to understand overhang risk if you're still long. Just a standard heads up risk disclosure since this is a popular name.

Pharma bros don’t get it. Peptides are not a kind of drug. They’re the basis for a coding language which enables us to cure any disease before it shows up.

The amazing dedicated team at CSSIFM treating our cancer patients with NK cells in clinical trials. So many requests from patients who have failed all standards of care and they are working so hard to file for FDA authorization as many single patient INDs as we can. Happy Easter and stay safe

@StormDirac I am a recent shareholder since yesterday, bought a 5k bag of shares at $1.12. I plan to tuck them away and forget about them for atleast a year more likely two. Great substack do you have a price forecast for say by Q4 - 2027? Ball park estimate? Thank you for the excellent insight and transparency on an awesome opportunity! I’m a new follower!💙🫡

After my last post, a lot of people are asking deeper questions about Sivers $SIVE: Is there a real moat? Do they have patents? How strong is their position in CPO / ELS? Short answer: it’s more interesting than it looks. Let’s dive deeper. andersstorm.substack.com/p/the-next-bot… #AI #Photonics

@Marketmakemkc @TaraBull You can have compassion and accountability without turning someone’s worst moment into viral content. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.

First off I have compassion for anyone with an addiction issue. That said, when the addict puts the public’s safety in jeopardy then that’s where the line has to be drawn. I can assure you one scary fact to be true - Woods is doing this everyday of the week, pushing the limits thinking he’s invincible until the law of averages bites back and here he is. Sad thing is everyday he is putting the public’s safety in jeopardy. They pay him millions to be a role model and give him unjustified leadership roles. @TigerWoods do you, but go live on a deserted island and conduct yourself like this - just not around family neighborhoods.

@TaraBull There’s something uncomfortable about watching someone’s accident become public entertainment. Being a celebrity shouldn’t mean losing all dignity in moments like this. 😢

I shared a post about Warren Buffett earlier this week & the most bizarre aspect was several younger folks mocking him on my thread. Buffet is worth 12 figures & yet remained an approachable & common sense person his whole life. My take is, when you earn 12 figures over 78 years of investment experience then throw the pot shots. I will always have the deepest respect for the goat 🐐 of Omaha.

lol all the pigeons in here trolling the yellow jersey. He happens to be an ex UFC lightweight champ for 1 fight atleast. He knows what he’s doing, this was in my hometown of Rhode Island and you have to register your hands and feet if they have “lethal potential or the ability to display lethal force” which he clearly is doing in the video so for that he could be charged.

(Thank you, I’m a recent subscriber been following you from afar and your calls have been on point. Quick question: I bought 2k shares today of $SIVEF, this was new buying something on a foreign exchange through Fidelity - what’s your price target - I’m just gonna tuck them away and forget about them. Thank you again!

If you want exposure to memory, $DRAM is a genuinely great ETF. I normally don't praise ETFs, but this is solid. 1. $MU - 24.63% 2. Samsung - 24.11% 3. SK Hynix - 23.08% 4. $SNDK - 4.9% 5. Kioxia - 4.86% 6. $WDC - 4.77% 7. Nanya - 3.89% 8. Winbond - 2.4% Disclosure: Friends over at @roundhill did reach out about the launch, but I'm not getting paid to say this (just in case you think this random post is sponsored, it's not). Just a genuinely great ETF for memory exposure if you don't have access to foreign stocks. And I’d encourage more institutions to make ETFs like this.

@HolySmokas Lol Nike…way to call the bottom yesterday. Nike will be your worst call of all time. You keep justifying this buy by claiming everyone (including the kids) buys Nike - the reality is Nike is a dying product, and many of the kids today buy converse and k Swiss not Nike bud .

Cancer is mostly a slow war over a long time that escalates when it reaches a tipping point. The battle requires prevention, environment and precision when it starts negatively impacting someone. With proper deescalation people can die with most cancers with a watch & wait. Avoid the medical business. Harnessing the Immune system is best approach & supporting it with Anktiva seems to be a baseline approach every oncologist should be examining, but it needs to be applied sooner and longer as there is often more cancer than immune capacity.

My inspiration since 2008, when I picked up his chapter and his struggles of seminal discovery that was considered "laboratory artifact". When in fact, it can change mankind by this enlightenment. See Dr. Joseph G. Sinkovics. Change requires patience. But cancer is a war against time. "With the discovery of T cell growth factor (interleukin-2), the road for lymphocyte therapy of human cancers appeared wide open. Then emerged the “large granular lymphocytes”. These cells occurred not only in patients with cancer, but in healthy cancer-free individuals. The author of this article served as “negative (healthy) control” in the cytotoxicity assays in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Some project site visitors of the National Cancer Institute could not comprehend that “immune reactions could exist without pre-immunization” and referred to the phenomenon as an “in vitro artifact” (worse than that: they canceled grant support for its study)." link.springer.com/chapter/10.100… "...he discovered that cancer cells could be killed by large granular lymphocytes without first immunising the host organism. This phenomenon he first observed in his own blood. Initially the NCI could not see the significance of what he had found so denied him funding to pursue the project further. This decision was later reversed in the early 1970s following the discovery 'natural killer cells' by other NCI scientists." whatisbiotechnology.org/index.php/peop…
