@virginmedia Slower broadband than I currently have, not explained and not what I asked for. TNTsports not included , not what I asked for. Charge of £30.00 applied, not explained. Contract price agreed over the phone, had 2 contracts come through,now with a more expensive cost attached to it

@virginmedia The more the days are passing, the more your customer complaints department are showing their inability to look after “ Legacy Customers “ . Misled, Missold and no contact trying to resolve.

@virginmedia I have been with you since 2013, last week I renewed my contract with you, this was based on a series of lies from your advisor Ali, I put in a customer complaint on Friday, no response, called Friday and Monday again no response from your line managers. Have tried again today
