Why do participants speak over each other
I am somewhat deaf I sometimes rely on subtitles. Talking each other and gabbling mean that neither can I understand nor can the subtitles Cope. Hopeless

These photos will not do this dish justice, but it’s the first time I have cooked lamb neck, which I have done in a Mediterranean style, with rosemary and lemon being dominant flavours to balance the lamb and chopped tomatoes. The Italian wine worked well too.
