Hi @CityofCT - we have a blocked sewerage drain in Harfield Village. Your turnaround time is supposedly 24hours, yet we are almost at 48hours. Please can someone urgently respond? Ref 9106964983

@CityofCT Hi @CityofCT yes, yesterday morning, meaning 24hrs were this morning. It is now late in the afternoon and no one is reaching out? Don't know how you would feel if your sewerage drain was blocked and it's content is pushing up to your backyard..
