@Safaricom_Care Would be nice to get prior info from your customer care team to coordinate unblocking of a Sim card. And a better floor management at Kitengela

@DMuragijimana @KQSupport This is really the 'Norm'! Where Customer Experience and service is secondary to their usual PR of Voted Best Airways in Africa blah blah blah

The attitude of @KQSupport needs a case study. So today: 1. Got overcharged for a seat that was supposedly an upgrade 2. Some pilot decides not to land at our destination and apparently keeps this information to himself and 4 hours later - no clear plan for rebooking.

@DMuragijimana @AliceGee1 I believe one starts with the vision/dream then you seek the HOW to make it come to be. It will direct you to WHAT is needed. Our biggest challenge is dumbing down our big dreams by limiting our inner drive. Dont play small when you were born to be great

@MaroSons @AliceGee1 SMEs might afford to think big but the reality is that they cannot afford the price. Most businesses fail because they start with that big dream- failing to start by solving a simple problem they can layer on top. Big dreams are expensive when you don’t have infrastructure.

@DMuragijimana @AliceGee1 On Equity Shares, you get early agreements on the growth of the Product the SME is pushing. You have a stake in the growth..( equally you are part of the decline if not successful) this ensures that you are more than just a marketer..but you are a stakeholder

@MaroSons @AliceGee1 That would be ideal. But consider: 1. Our Education does not empower that. We are taught in a “win-lose” environment 2. Infrastructure- to support equity structuring

@DMuragijimana @AliceGee1 @DMuragijimana I agree. Our foundations were predominantly on Success pegged on tangible returns. However, consider updating your internal software, learn new models, unlearn what is not serving you, and relearn what you packed on the side because it seemed not to be "With it"

@AliceGee1 Good discussions, sorry I could not contribute as planned. Parting shot.. SME Shareholders, relook at your WHY you are in that business, HOW are you executing it and WHAT is your long term goal. My parting shot @AliceGee1 😃 😃

@DMuragijimana @AliceGee1 I believe there are enough ways to create these spaces, some could include Joint ventures, collaborations or offering Equity Shares Venture to consultants or freelancers. Some of the biggest brands were created by collaboratiin of a Technical reaource and a Markwting resource

@AliceGee1 Most SMEs cannot afford to have both strategist and technical marketers. (Even some of the bigger businesses can’t afford to have a whole team) 1. How can marketing professionals contextually serve SMEs? (Given that 90% of the market is SME) 2. Role of fractional teaming?

@AliceGee1 SME's should deploy the right resources for the job they seek to be delivered. If you give people an opportunity to grow your dreams, you are better off than trying to achieve the dream when you dont have the capabilities
