@fpl_tactician I've gone without him so far and it's worked out ok. I don't want him but I think the fixtures are too good (and other premiums not good enough) to be stubborn. Do it in gw8 or not at all. Save enough fts to get rid of him GW12 and go back to fun fpl.

I’m still contemplating whether to get Haaland or not. At the moment my thoughts are towards getting lucky with a suboptimal team 8-11 but working towards 5FTs for GW12 and a team that looks like a Wildcard team. Think the next 4 GWs are tricky and annoying.

Eze price drop just shows how few FPL managers actually watch football 🤷🏽‍♂️

@LetsTalk_FPL went no haaland and am seriously considering FH. Decent, well informed, short term punts on lewis, foden, eze, jota, muniz and of course I'll have haaland and salah for a week. FH has always been an anti-climax for me but this feels more positive rather than the usual reactive..

I know the Haaland TC stuff has mostly been written off as people chatting for the sake of it, but it does have some legs. Sounds like GW33 and GW36 are the only “guaranteed” DGWs this season. Bench Boost, Triple Captain and Mystery Chip to use, even Free Hit if you don’t want to use it in a blank. There could be more Doubles for unforeseen events of course. But we may have too many Chips for the number of doubles, so using one now on a player with a good fixture who you know is fit isn’t a terrible idea. Still pretty sure I’ll wait and hope for the DGW dream though, even though it always fails for me.
