The government just announced 270 million dollars in new funding for Ukraine today.
This is fresh capital being sent overseas while many Canadians are borrowing money just to afford basic groceries.
This new aid package is being delivered in the shadow of the Timur Mindich energy scandal. Mindich, a long-time associate of the Ukrainian president, is accused of siphoning 100 million dollars from state energy contracts through a complex kickback and money laundering system.
As high-level ministers in Kyiv are dismissed for their roles in this theft, Canada continues to sign off on more checks. There is zero transparency on how this 270 million dollars will be protected from the same energy siphoning schemes that have already cost their own taxpayers millions.
It is time for a serious conversation about where our money is going and why it is not being used to address the affordability crisis here at home.

Under his watch, Canada's Big Six banks collectively received $114 billion in government support — and posted record profits that same year.
Those same six banks went on to underwrite the specific Brookfield fund Carney led, becoming its main shareholders.
While he slashed rates and held them at historic lows for five years, Canadians got priced out of the housing market. 🏠
Brookfield was buying the world on borrowed cash at near-zero interest.
While Carney was Chair of Brookfield, the company faced documented accusations of Indigenous rights violations, human rights abuses, slave labour, and illegal deforestation.
Remember the Air Canada CEO scandal? Carney removed the CEO who was standing in the way of a $2.1 billion Brookfield investment. ✈️

And now we see the same moral rot with Canada's MAiD: deny or delay proper medical or palliative care… or deny a wheelchair ramp to disabled Canadian military veteran and Paralympian Christine Gauthier…
Then offer death as the “solution.”

Reminder,
72% of our population live below this line. The rest is pretty much forested. We are all paying a carbon tax. The entire blue portion of the continent with over 10 times our population pays no carbon tax. What is this tax scam supposed to be accomplishing? Absolutely nothing.

‼️NEW - Vancouver put homeless people in a beautiful brand new building
and within 1.5 years
the ENTIRE building was trashed, TV stolen, roof caving in, multiple fires, and the guy they interviewed got stuck in the ventilation system for 24 hours.

Two men in Montreal are spending their own money filling potholes the city won’t fix about $50 per hole.
