Give me your most ridiculous lore

Gut inflammation hurts digestion, sure, but it also collapses your brain’s field of awareness. You basically become semi-retarded. Let me help you. Bacterial endotoxin and serotonin from the intestine block cellular energy production, forcing cells into stress chemistry. The brain feels this as narrow, anxious, tunnel-like thinking. It can be horrifying and isolating. When energy metabolism falters, your body pulls back from expansive, intuitive awareness and locks into survival mode (no bueno). How to restore peripheral, panoramic thinking: • lower endotoxin -> raw carrot salad, mushrooms, bamboo shoots...they act like natural antiseptics; apart from that, no raw or undercooked or reheated veggies, starches, grains, and no nuts, seeds, legumes; opt for ripe fruit, juices, honey, marmalades, etc • support electrolytes -> salt and a pinch of baking soda in fruit juice protect against the hyponatremia/endotoxin loop • steady blood sugar -> fruit juice-sip every hour, ripe fruit, honey, dairy with protein keep the brain fueled and cortisol low • block stress mediators -> aspirin, sugary coffee with cream, niacinamide, bio-identical progesterone/pregnenolone and thyroid hormones all protect mitochondria and stabilise mood and are anti-endotoxin • light & warmth -> UV light, sunlight, red light and good thyroid function shift cells back into respiration, producing CO₂ instead of lactic acid • ditch PUFA (all unsaturated fats) -> seed oils / unsaturated fats intensify inflammation, suppress thyroid and worsen gut leakiness • saturated fats (coconut oil, butter, cacao/cocoa) protect the intestine, cacao/cocoa in particular is anti-endotoxin and it reduces leaky gut • gelatine / glycine / bone broth -> help shield the liver by limiting fat oxidation from seed oils and calming the inflammatory reaction to bacterial endotoxin; eat daily • activated charcoal (occasionally) binds toxins • naringenin, found most abundantly in orange marmalade (the peel) and then some citrus fruit, lowers endotoxin induced inflammation; eat marmalade daily!) • vitamin D suppresses endotoxin, supports gut barrier integrity • ginger calms the gut, lowers serotonin • aged cascara sagrada -> helps with constipation, as do magnesium citrate, coffee, adequate calories, insoluble fibre (Ray Peat carrot salad, well-cooked mushrooms, bamboo shoots), blueberries, baking soda, aspirin, B1, methylene blue, psyllium husk, thyroid, ginger • vitamin E (mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols) -> fights inflammation • taurine protects the endotoxin burdened liver (my top supp) • drugs like cyproheptadine or lisuride can be powerful serotonin antagonists • keep stress low -> simple breathing, CO₂ rich environments, whimsy, novelty, silly goose time and play, closeness with other people and restorative rest expand awareness • some safe antibiotics might sometimes be needed (minocycline most notably) to unalive bacteria that cause endotoxin overload When the gut lining is calm and metabolism is steady, your digestion is perfect, your entire cognitive field expands, awareness widens and intuition returns, and your thinking regains depth and subtlety. When you heal the gut, the mind reopens. Trust.
