@ArgosHelpers Hi, I placed an order on the Irish website on June 19 and chose home delivery option. I was told that I would be contacted "within 3 days" but still no news of my order. I really need it sorted out

@Mars_Fever Not by phone J. You can download a direct debit mandate online form the PTSB website. If you fill that out we can switch the account for you. On the bottom of the website is a Need Help section, select download a form and Mortgage Direct Debit mandate. Thanks, Eric.

@Mars_Fever HI J, you can pop into the branch with photo ID and they can close it for you. Both parties would need to attend to sign for this though. Thanks, Eric.
