Other humans still possess qualities that we find interesting, useful, attractive. endearing etc. Same goes for good & bad. All you need there are things that are perceived favourable and unfavourable.

I value other people as well; when possible, I try to act in ways that will benefit them (good) and avoid harming them (bad). I don't need a God to give that permission to matter.
