@mepinmin @TheToroCompany That’s my biggest mistake. I bought it directly from @TheToroCompany and they seem to be clueless as well on how to handle electric warranty service requests

@Sc_z @TheToroCompany It took me a month to find a service center who would accept my trimmer for repair under warranty. They say it will take 3 weeks even to look at it. Useless piece of trash for now

@TheToroCompany I took the mower to a service center and the mower sat a week and they didn’t even look at it. This is ridiculous. I will never buy another toro product.

@TheToroCompany I will never buy another Toro product. Your CS personal are horrible and they don’t care about the customer. I brought a brand new mover and it was DOA. According to your CS personal there’s nothing they can do. Case#7209221. CS supervisor Micheal is the worst

@mepinmin @TheToroCompany Same with my battery operated toro trimmer. It’s been 2+ months now and it’s still not fixed under warranty. First, you will be super lucky if you can find a service center listed on toro.com/locator who will in fact accept your trimmer for repair.

@GeorgiaBlinks @TheToroCompany I have been going around in circles for 2 months now with my brand new trimmer and @TheToroCompany refuses to acknowledge the issue. The canned message about looking up for service center locator is useless as none of them accepted my trimmer for repair.

@TheToroCompany @LJohnsonTX Toro.com/locator results are not accurate. I went round in circles to two of the supposedly auth repair centers listed on website toro website and both refused to accept my trimmer under warranty.

@TheToroCompany In short if u buy direct from @TheToroCompany ur on your own, go around in circles from one auth service repair center to next(all listed on toro’s own corp website as accepting repairs under warranty for electric powered tools) until you find one. Best of luck!!!

@TheToroCompany All the hassle for making the mistake of buying direct from toro website. Toro customer care says I need to find my own toro auth repair center on their website , but Toro does not stand by for accuracy of who will accept it under warranty

@TheToroCompany, my brand new battery powered trimmer does not work otb. Been to two auth repair centers listed on Toro website and both don’t repair battery powered tools. Got to Toro customer care and they said they do not standby or guarantee the content on the Toro website 😖
