Finally got to finishing #MaulShadowLord. WOW that was such an action-packed ending. Could be a contender for the best recent animated Star Wars series. Sound design was so on-point, and the final duels really stood out so much. Perfect way to end May 4th! #MayThe4thBeWithYou

@lite_thespark I definitely wish I could've been there, I can't find anything like it over here in California right now (variety of reasons). But that honestly just looks really amazing to do, and I'd honestly love to do something like that on one May 4th if I ever get that chance!

I've been holding up alright on the other site, I needed some time elsewhere to vent, but I'm alright. I can't be around much for the big day since I've got lots of work to get done in daytime, but I'll be there in spirit. And I'll finish Maul Shadow Lord once I get that chance.

It's midnight sharp in CA so: Happy Star Wars Day. I don't have a specific highlight, but I want to say I'm thankful for Star Wars. From my 2000s prequel/Clone Wars days, to today as a Mando & sequel trilogy fan, Star Wars still remains special. May the 4th be with you, always.

I’m sorry, I think I just need to leave this space again for however long it takes. Star Wars is an obvious pain point but this place in general really isn’t helping my tired mood. If you need me, if I’m ever online, I’ll be on the other site.

I don’t think I have much to “offer” for May 4th. Can’t think of anything to say. Aside from stuff I’m already set on for Mando or Rey, Star Wars isn’t offering anything new that resonates. Not from the parks or other comics. I’m only here to *exist* in the space as a ST fan.

I really fucking hate how it feels like Mando fans hate the sequels, while sequel fans hate Mando. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the middle trying to be a fan of both while not getting shot for trying to have fun with either one.

@Shadowrain10 @SCentralized Yeah, that (along with the Galaxy's Edge changes happening on the same day) really just made for a horribly sour Wednesday when that comic ending was released.

@SCentralized The fact that this comic doesn't end when Han was introduced into TFA is a missed opportunity.

Solid reread. I really like this series, and I’m fascinated by the wider story just outside of it even more. It could’ve used another issue and one more pass on the script, though. A bit too fuzzy in the continuity-believability in the end. Still, more stuff like this.

Fully sobbed today when I saw Luke, Leia and Han together for the first time at Galaxy’s Edge today - I knew I was excited but I wasn’t fully prepared for that strong of a reaction 😭😭 …so I obviously had to draw some fanart to celebrate. Welcome to Batuu! 💫

Galaxy’s Edge is (save for the Resistance ride) taken over by the Original Trilogy... So I’m delisting Disneyland as a destination. I won’t be an ass if my folks want our fam to go. I just won't go by myself because ST fans aren't welcome anymore. So good fucking riddance.

One of the dumbest "criticisms" of the sequels is saying that Rey stole the Skywalker name or adopted it on her own accord. LUKE AND LEIA MANIFESTED THEMSELVES IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD AT THE MOMENT SOMEONE ASKED REY HER FAMILY NAME! THEY GAVE HER PERMISSION AND THEIR BLESSING!!!! In the novel, its even hammered home MORE by Luke saying "it's yours, Rey."

@lite_thespark @DisneyScoopGuy I unfortunately saw that he immediately called the Galaxy's Edge changes better than the ST...so he is STILL a fucking asshole. That's just an immediate block for me because it confirms that this and solidifies my desire to NOT want to return to Disneyland personally as a ST fan.

Additionally, due to @DisneyScoopGuy’s behavior throughout the night of 4/29, I have removed my initial post that unintentionally used his image. I hope that he is able to rectify his actions by removing any and all posts meant to target & harass me despite my many apologies.

I really should catch up on the Maul series this week when I have a chance - just a really bad time bc of how busy I am. Tho I’ll primarily keep to myself - the haters are equally as annoying as lovers using it to bash other media (I presume that’s more the case on YouTube).
