Why have they jocked cliff lee off Zeus Olympius on Friday ? I know Ryan Moore is Ryan Moore but it’s hardly likely he’ll be able to ride him group 1s further down the line 😂😂 I hope field of gold absolutely batters him for that move tbh

@DizzyJB But in defence of Dan, didn't Barry Hills and Luca Cumani do exactly the same for the big Flat handicaps in the 70s and 80s, but in those days they were applauded for landing the gambles, not chastised for doing so? Surely the issue is the handicapping system, not the trainer?

Dan might be missing the point here. It’s not about plotting targets but misleading punters & the handicapper to get there. He might want to take a closer look at the rules of racing. Or declare when his horses are not running on their merits. This is not ‘just part of the game’.

I was prepared to give him time but every week it’s the same excuses. The team can’t defend, it lacks creativity, belief and direction. We can’t score or keep a clean sheet What is the plan? The project? The aims?

"Young Offenders was great while it lasted (the early seasons are well worth a watch), but all good things should come to an end." Billy Foley reviews the latest season of The Young Offenders, the BBC/RTE series which tells the story of lovable rouges Jock O’Keefe and Conor McSweeney as they pursue a life of petty crime in their native Cork. So nervous for Monday now. Such a huge chance for West Ham to put daylight between us and Spurs. I always said the first four games after the break would be crucial, and if we can pickup 6-7 points from Palace, Everton & Brentford then I think we might just be alright. 🙏🏻⚒️

Oh come on Unibet, ffs. Made the mistake of trying to make a withdrawal earlier this week - not much, £25 - so they won't give me the money until I "verify my account". Have sent photos of my driving licence TWICE now. Shocking customer service. AND refusing to give me my money.

Conveniently everyone in this country has very short memories about security clearance concerns surrounding @BorisJohnson appointment as Foreign Secretary. Meeting with Former KGB Agent: In 2022, it was revealed that Johnson, while serving as Foreign Secretary in 2018, attended a party in Italy hosted by former KGB agent Alexander Lebedev without officials present. This meeting occurred after a NATO meeting centered on Russia, leading to accusations of a "complete disregard for basic national security". Restricted Intelligence Access: During his tenure as Foreign Secretary (2016–2018), Downing Street under Theresa May reportedly attempted to withhold sensitive intelligence from Johnson due to concerns within the intelligence community regarding his ability to keep information confidential. Security officials were "wary" of sharing information with him. Use of Private Communication: Johnson and several ministers were accused of breaching national security guidance by using personal email accounts and phones for government business. Peerage for Evgeny Lebedev: Concerns were raised regarding Johnson's decision to grant a peerage to Evgeny Lebedev, son of Alexander Lebedev, in 2020, despite security advice. Post-Office Lobbying (The "Boris Files"): Leaked documents from 2025 indicated that after leaving office, Johnson potentially misused his former contacts for personal financial gain, including lobbying senior Saudi officials and meeting with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, which raised concerns about the blurring of private business and national security. Breach of Ethics Rules: A 2025 investigation found that Johnson breached rules regarding the misuse of political contacts after leaving office and failed to cooperate with the investigation.  People in this country attack the wrong targets. And forget the scandals that went on before this @UKLabour Government was elected to power and then gets unwarranted and sinister attacks from a conspiracy on both the left and right.

If you earn over £12.5k - then you pay tax on anything you earn over that If your pension is over £12.5k then you pay tax on anything you earn over that. So - if you get benefits in total value of more than 12.5k (inc housing benefit etc) then you should have to pay tax. That is fairness. All political parties should be looking at this. We cannot continue to have a two tier system between those who do contribute and those that don’t - especially a system that benefits those who don’t
