@WafflesInfo @DKingTelegraph ... seriously agree that this is offside when taking the spirit of the game into hand? The rules need revising imo if we are to keep tech. What that rule looks like that keeps the spirit of football in mind while officiating offside, I don't know. A greater tolerance perhaps?

@WafflesInfo @DKingTelegraph I know to the law this is offside and the correct decision has been given but what I am saying is that the rules were written without tech in mind and so this was always an eyeball rule to stop attackers gaining a clear unfair adv by way of eyeballing the line. Giovanni Leoni : 5/10 He only gets a 5 because he didn't play. That one game he did play he looked really impressive. He looked ready made for the Premier League.

Here is no holes barred season ratings for last Summer signings Jeremie Frimpong : 1/10 Aside from pace what exactly is he good at. We paid 35 million for a wide player who cantplay as a winger or FB. On top of that he picks up a lot of injuries. Dreadful signing so far.

@Corballyred I like Flo immensely. I feel he has fallen foul to the whole team failing spectacularly especially down the wing and up top so how do you create with that? Was building a good relationship with Hugo before his injury. Saying that, the guy is lacking confidence when near goal.

Florian Wirtz : 4/10 For what was expected of him failed miserably. He actually got far worse as the season went on when you'd be expecting him to get better. 5 goals and 3 assists in the PL is not enough for a 100 million pound player. I do think there is a serious player there though but like with Firmino and Rodgers will need a change of manager to bring it out👍

@Corballyred Agree was shambolic at the start but grew into it, stopped being so rash and played well I feel the back end of the season. Plenty of potential and can only get better imo.

Milos Kerkez : 3/10 Was a shambles defensively at the start of the season. Improved massively around the middle part of the season, then he regressed for the final part of the season. He finished season really poorly and had lost his place to Robertson by end of the season. Need far more from him next season 👍

@Corballyred Biggest waste of money and feel like we were forced into following though after buying Hugo. Should've used the money elsewhere. I do think a lot of this year is on Isak striking and not having a proper pre-season so we'll see next season I guess. Hopefully gets a good run at WC

Alexander Isak : 1/10 The reality is he is a 125 million pound striker and ended season with just 4 goals. We signed an injury prone player who missed most of the season through injury. Imagine my shock. When he has played he has looked absolutely miles off it. If Isak had signed for Utd and put in a season like that we'd be laughing our heads off

@Corballyred Not jumping on this hate train for Giorgi. Think he has been decent except distribution is a slight worry but will judge after next season. Agree I'd prefer Kelleher and no-one touches Ali.

Giorgi Mamardashvili : 2/10 Decent shot stopper but that's about it. What was our recruitment team thinking with this signing. His distribution us dreadful. Very similar to Mignolet. He is a big downgrade on Kelleher never mind Alisson

@Corballyred Agreed on Frimpong unfortunately. Doesn't feel me with assurance that he either is a good defender or great attacker I'm afraid.

@LFCTransferRoom I don't mind the top but looks too baggy. Then the shorts and socks are a different red. So odd.

It’s not acceptable in the game, full stop. You can’t be going around filming opponents like that. But expelling them from the play-offs? For me, that’s really harsh and I don’t think the punishment fits the crime. These players have given everything this season. They’ve been out there week in, week out, putting their bodies on the line, working their socks off to try and get the club promoted. They didn’t make those decisions upstairs, they weren’t involved in any of that – they’re just focused on playing football and doing their job on the pitch. And now it feels like all their hard work is being taken away from them. I’ve been at Southampton, I know what it means to the dressing room when the players buy into what the manager’s asking and give their all. They shouldn’t be the ones suffering the most here. The club needs to sort out what went on at the top, but this feels very tough on the lads who had nothing to do with it. It’s a difficult one.“

I was confident I could of played a major part this summer for my country after the season I’ve had. I’ve been left shocked and gutted by the decision. I’ve loved nothing more than putting that shirt on and representing my country over the years. I wish the players, all the best this summer 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
