@RupertLowe10 The CPS needs to go through these men’s WhatsApps and person social media and track them all down so they can face the full extent of the law.

Evidence has been presented to our inquiry today stating that the survivor was raped by 600 - 700 different men. I’ll be honest, it is very difficult listening to these testimonies. More challenging than I expected. Never underestimate just how much evil lurks among us.

@DiaChakravarty @Telegraph I simply don’t believe that his contribution to what is effectively the Police union was worth that. Probably not even a 10th of that figure. Have you seen any kind of list of his achievements in office? Does one even exist?

My @Telegraph column: Over 2024 and 2025, the Police Federation chief had received £1.4 million: total annual remuneration of £701,100 for each of the two years, including “a 100% bonus ‘retention payment’ and a 5% contribution of £17,000 to his pension for each year”.

.@BBCNews History will record that on the day Time Magazine reported 30,000 killed in Iran over a two-day mass slaughter, your main page chose not to mention Iran even once.

@RupertLowe10 Can you show us their actual response? £235,000,000 sounds like an awful lot of money

The minister has admitted to me, finally, that the Home Office has a contract with 'Migrant Help' for the 'provision of asylum services'. 'Provision of advice, issue reoporting and Eligibility for asylum seekers who are accommodated under AASC.' The typo is from them, but don't worry - it's only a small contract so no need for that much care... The value of the contract? £235,000,000. That's right. £235,000,000. Think about how much money that actually is. Think about what the money could do for British communities. Not just that. A £16,000,000 contract for the 'support payment services to asylum seekers'. Security services for illegal migrants? £53,230,915.85. Translation and interpretation? £19,000,000. I could go on and on and on. They don't want you to see this information. ENOUGH is ENOUGH. Mass deportations, and abolishing the entire asylum system, would save us BILLIONS. I am determined to use my position in Parliament, and on the Public Accounts Committee, to reveal the truth about these contracts to the British people.

Where is the global feminist movement? Where are the Western female politicians who traveled to Iran and bowed to the mullahs? This is Iran today. This is how the Islamic Republic’s security forces attack defenseless female protesters. Where is the Women’s March?

Alexander the Great was the mightiest ruler of all time. No one before him had ever conquered so much and no one since has ever rivalled him in greatness. This is a chronology of his life. [Thread]🧵

My parcel has arrived from the English speciality store. Just look at all those exotic foreign goods! I feel like a Dutch woman who received a welfare package from her liberators.

@DominicFrisby Interesting that the *Ashanti* did not feature, but if 12.6 million is the total number of slaves shipped to The Americas between C16th - C19th then the Ashanti - whilst prolific slavers, cannot have been the only West African kingdom enslaving and selling slaves to the Europeans

@allenanalysis That was a really poor delivery of the key message. He really let himself down with that quiet, timid sounding encouragement to F off. He obviously put himself up to it and then bottled the delivery.

Fun fact: before moving to this country I did believe every Englishman owned a fortified tower with non-castle features. Turns out it’s actually the Scottish who own these in such abundance that their owners consider the following to be a crushing retort.
Adam Ramsay@AdamRamsay

@heatherthefair Sure, if you like. It was a fortified tower with non-castle features built on by my Georgian ancestors.

Guinevere's Dialect. Lug. The ear. 1st recorded 1507. OED suggests it comes from an earlier meaning of lug as 1 ) the ear flap of a hat & 2) to pull. There is a suggestion it's Norse.....just look at ⬇️ !! Map from Upton & Widdowson using data from the 1950's.
