My girlfriend flew from AMS to Vancouver via Toronto with @airtransat. First flight was delayed. Had to fly Toronto - Vancouver via @WestJet . Luggage is lost now. Both are pointing at each other and no ones helping. Both companys saying you need to be at the other company.
