five weeks since last weigh in... progress for the past month: 285 lb -> 277 lb so around 1.5lb lost per week Total weight since Jan -34lbs Not bad considering I fucked my leg up this month and had to ease off👍 Goal of sub 250 by end of August looking very good!

@Sick_Nerd It should be fine. Elevation is the go to, ice is only really if you feel like it helps.

@MartinOSRS yeah I can move it but not full motion, I expect it will be fine just going to ice it and do light stretching and hopefully I'll be good Meant to fly to the UK in six days so... GL me I guess

Do you remember when a Torstol seed was more than 9k? You can now buy a Ranarr, a Snapdragon, AND a Torstol seed for the price of any one of those seeds a year ago.

@Iron_Cub Keep protein/fat at that ratio and regulate your calories with mostly carbs, fat too to make it easier if your total calories is high. Track your morning weight for 2 weeks, and see if your average is going up. If it’s not, you should add in 200 more calories, and track again.

guess i'll start tracking macros, is 5g/kg carbs 2.2g/kg protein and 1g/kg fat, good for bulking any fitness ppl that can help me out

@MartinOSRS See I never understood the "it ruined storylines" thing, it may not have concluded ALL of them but the ones it did conclude felt well done imo, people always complained about Jaime's story arc falling back on itself but I think that was perfectly done for example
