The large table format feels dated/corporate - awards ceremony/dinner dance

@thecrescent78 @BBCYorkSport Having paid £5 several times last year for the hospitality upgrade I could see the VALUE. Programme, seat on half way & access to watch games on TV pre kick off. The Q&A was OK, but felt repetitive having at each game. At £9.50 that is no longer for me a value proposition.

@OllieMacDonald @YorkCityFC I’ve been to collect this morning. I was informed you can take ID to collect others tickets incl. as an attachment to an email or photograph. Hopefully that means you can collect for your group?

@MartinPoole @YorkCityFC Frustrating. I’ve bought 4 tickets all from my account and I can’t pick them up without getting their ID. Ones in USA, ones not York based. Doesn’t make sense that I can’t just pick them all up - I paid for them. Or can they pick them up even though they didn’t pay for them?

@Dan_Simmonite I have a Google account so have been able to complete, however had to sign in in order to get to the questions. This was accessing via iPhone. Have repeated having logged out of Google & can’t see how you can access questions without a Google account.

@MartinPoole That's strange... could you sign up? Due to the complexity of the survey - uploading images etc. it needed to be hosted on Google Forms.

@YCFCStadium Hi, the South Stand is unallocated on matchdays but supporters will still have to pick a specific seat via the online ticketing system.
We have asked this to be included in future email confirmations and it will be added to the FAQs on the ticketing website for clarity.

YCFC Season Tickets. @YorkCityFC please state on the ticket site that the South Stand is UNALLOCATED. (Otherwise you will have people claiming their seat is theirs, per purchase 😅).
The e-mail you get after purchase needs to state how you'll 'receive' your ticket. Any help?

@BwlrPeter @YorkCityFC Waiting for reply to my email from Friday, as I only received 1 supporter number. Thre of us who will have been connected to single email. Agree - data cleansing seems to have been “light touch”. You are not alone with your experience.

@YorkCityFC My general thought on this on this is why couldn’t emails and letters have been sent out earlier, maybe a week ago, this would have meant some of these issues could have been sorted out in advance?
