@JaroslavBlek3 Jasný, ale právě u FH je dlouhodobě problém s bias u level of democracy a právě DRC je markantní případ. Druhý problém je metodologie, logicky level PR a CL ovlivňuje úroveň bezpečnosti, která např. v Kivu je velmi nízká v důsledku absence státu a nikoliv represivního režimu.

@MartinRiegl Zrovna nad tím Irákem jsem včera taky přemýšlel. Paradoxně jsem ale loni zjistil, že V-dem považuje za volební autokracie i třeba situace, kdy nekandiduje žádná opozice. Takže nedokážu odhadnout, jestli je častější, že nějakému režimu křivdí nebo mu přilepší.
