The Cadets from Old Dominion University who stopped an active shooter, received 8 Meritorious Service Medals. Two of them received Purple Hearts…from the Sergeant Major of the Army and the Secretary of the Army.

On Friday Dec 12th 2025, in a field tent we used as a dining facility in the middle of Syria, we had surf and turf for dinner that night. Just like we did most Friday nights. The next morning two members of my unit would be killed by an Isis militant.
The last real meal Nate and Edgar ever ate was army quality steak and lobster.

Photos have now confirmed the destruction of a AN/TPY-2 Forward Based X-band Transportable Radar operated by the U.S. Army, following an Iranian drone attack earlier this week targeting Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan. The AN/TPY-2 is the primary ground-based air surveillance radar for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) System, with this specific radar likely supporting THAAD Batteries in Israel and Jordan.

“Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan, 54, of Sacramento, Calif., was at the scene of the incident on March 1, 2026, in Port Shuaiba, Kuwait, and is believed to be the individual who perished at the scene. Positive identification of Chief Warrant Officer 3 Marzan will be completed by the medical examiner. The Soldier was assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command, Des Moines, Iowa.”

@Martin_mut_07 @deltaIV9250 Categorically false. The F22 is better than the F35 in maneuverability. The F22 has a significantly smaller RCS. The F22 is faster than the F35. F22 can operate at higher altitudes. F22 can supercruise (fly supersonic without afterburner). F22 has larger internal weapon payload.
