I welcome Trump taking things into his own hands in DC. The level of crime is absolutely unacceptable, scary and anyone saying different is lying to themselves and the public. Since politicians in DC can’t and won’t protect American citizens, the federal government will.

When the two year-old and four-year-old show up at 7:30 AM for a quick visit with their grandma before work and they want Fusilli for breakfast. ❤️😊 I have really turned out to be the most Italian grandma ever.

There’s a rare snow day in Athens, Ga. today. It reminds me of my freshman year. I delivered newspapers— the physical Atlanta Journal-Constitution— to UGA dorms. They needed students w student IDs to get access to the dorms, so I did a handful of dorms, seven days a week at 4 am.
