Do not reserve a car from @Hertz they have hundreds of people who pre-paid and reserved and yet they have no cars!!! A 3-5 hour wait just to get a car we reserved months ago!! Retweet!!!

@Hertz Just sent. Have no clue how you can help. There are hundreds of people waiting for a car! There are No cars. Wait is 3-5 hours. This is so unacceptable. They shouldn’t allow reservations if you don’t have cars!!!

Need banking? Do NOT bank @CapitalOne Spent 2 hours trying to take care of my deceased moms acct. Had legal documentation & everything. They had absolutely NO clue. The manager was RUDE as hell. The young man who helped me was nice but…They obviously do not train!

@maenadjess @CapitalOne They really are. I couldn’t believe how the manager treated me. Totally disregarded me. He had no clue that this young man was calling all different types of people to try to figure out how to proceed. No one knew. And thank you. Its been difficult and was so unexpected.

@MaryHPiper I'm sorry you had to go through that & to hear your mother passed away. Some banks make an already terrible process worse w/ behavior like that. I know a few certainly did when my parents died. Making a mental note of your cautionary words and, again, my condolences.

@Tpstrain I feel for these older people who don’t have families that check in with them and watch over them.

@MaryHPiper My grandmother had a doc that kept increasing her daily aspirin intake. Finally had to say “Maw-maw, we’re going to find you dead on the floor from a paper cut one day.” She finally stopped seeing him towards the end, but it was a struggle to get there.

I would like to know what retina eye specialist doctor wants a 90 year old woman w macular degeneration (dry type) to keep coming back every 3 weeks when there is absolutely nothing they can do about it except taking vitamins?!!

@ericajohnson27 She saw him 3 weeks ago w/out me. I’m like why are you going back? So i went w her this time and was floored when he said to come back in 2 weeks! He did NOTHING this time! I looked at him and said why? And told him that’s ridiculous! Will go in 6 months just to satisfy mom.
