@JeremyVineOn5 I don’t know if my daughters teacher is striking. The school doesn’t know if the teachers are striking. But they closed the school anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have sympathy for all public services workers but as a working parent with barely any notice (we were told last Friday) it isn’t helpful

Are teachers letting children down? Over 120K across England and Wales will be striking tomorrow as they demand an inflation-busting pay rise. Kids have had so much disruption to their education already with the pandemic. Can they really afford be missing even more school?

One thing about me is I don’t mix drinks and any kind of work gathering. Glass of wine with dinner, maximum of 2 drinks at the bar and taxi home. I just can’t mix the 2 cos I know I can be reckless 🤣
