Because they fill the pothole solicit cash from motorist then remove the soul again. I drove to VicFalls I dropped them a dollar, after two days on my way back they were still at that pothole (dishhole).

There is a huge pothole at the entrance into @kfc @kfczimbabwe in Belgravia, right in the forecourt of @zuva_petroleum filling station.
They don’t care to repair it, for weeks. That KFC has the largest turnover in Southern Africa.
What’s wrong with our private sector?
