That doesn’t explain why you should be paid more than a nuclear scientist or a surgeon…. Carers are important, but let’s be honest it’s less skilled than working as a nuclear scientist; hence pay bands are different. Everyone deserves respect but a carer isn’t going to be paid 100k salaries to wipe bums; that’s unrealistic.
