For this scene it would be more fact that for some neurodivergent people when there are multiple loud noises, none of the noises get drowned out, or barely any do

Obviously anyone can be overwhelmed by noise, and thus not enough on it's own, but neurodivergent brains tend to not filter out as many noises. Such as how you'll hear a lot talk-
