Hey @massmutual, I have a 1099R from you, but cust service can't find any account based on SSN or account number. Been bounced around a few times, and even over to Empower. How does an account just evaporate like that?

Apparently @massmutual isn’t managing my 401k any longer. Never notified me of the change. The new company has no record of it. MM has zero customer support available to speak with an actual person with their automated phone system. Straight thieves!

Never let @massmutual touch your money. If you ever want it from them, they won’t return your calls and make the process take as long as possible.

So disappointed at @massmutual. I am trying to move my 529 assets out and have followed the instructions that were given to me multiple times. I have been trying to move these accounts for a year, spending hours of time and leading nowhere.

@massmutual website is useless. I was just informed that I can’t do anything concerning my policy due to the fact that there are no more payments to be made. This company manages millions if not billions $$ of policies and has a useless website.

@massmutual Your DMs only accept messages from people who pay to get verified, consistent user-unfriendliness with my frustration after 3 calls with customer service and an attempt to raise my issue via your website email.

@massmutual is positively the #worst company we've had to deal with since the death of our parents. THREE phone calls later with promises they will send all correspondence to me, they are still sending mail to my late father at his former now-vacant address in another city. #FAIL

@massmutual @SuperJenLV @MassMutual spend money on staff and training staff in modern cybersecurity and better administrative processes. I've had to work with 4 well known financial firms in the wake of two deaths, and #MassMutual is the worse. (@Zinnia is the contractor)
