@bfbqbgurumeat @Jonnydoe2546 @BallUpTopBrad He’s a nice player but they already have Queta who does what Kalkbrenner does but with more athleticism. Kalkbrenner’s foot speed has been compared to 37 yr old Brook Lopez. Not sure he holds up long term and can be targeted if pushed into the perimeter.

@bfbqbgurumeat @BallUpTopBrad Eh for this year I would rather have Garza. Needed the perimeter shooting big to diversify the Center rotation with Queta, and for most of the season they didn’t have Vucevic (including now).

@JoeDeeV2 @StoolGreenie Yeah I would say they will leave either Walsh or Hauser unprotected. Baylor will be a RFA while Walsh will be an UFA once their contracts end. I would rather leave Hauser off since the are under the aprons so they could add a player with the space and the 27 mil exception too.

A month later and I don't know if I can still pick Walsh over Baylor...but I also don't want to see Walsh go either because there's a legit two way NBA player in there, plus he's still so young 😂 Can't leave someone like Hauser unprotected imo, both from a skillset standpoint and salary slot/potential to use in trades if needed standpoint No matter the way they go, it's going to sting

i have been tracking this for about 6 months.. nearly every race has shown a 10 point swing for dems from what trump won, even in nashvill the person running for congress lost, but picked up 10 points. this means if it holds and it will. the house flip will be about 50 seats. look at the members that wone by 10 points or less last cycle, they are in trouble. you may not like it, but look back and you will find out i am right.

The #Yankees are in another weird situation with Luis Gil. He was sent down today because they are going with a 4 man rotation to start the season and deemed him the odd man out. A lot of this depends on when Carlos Rodon is due back but what if it’s only 1-2 starts they need covered. Would they rather let Ryan Yarbrough take them since he’s already here rather than have Gil take them. Gil may have a tough time getting back to the big leagues this season if everyone stays healthy. Similar to Jasson Dominguez it’s crazy to think he’s in this situation after 2024.

@pamsson Gil will likely join the MLB squad in a couple of weeks when they will need 5 starters, so I wouldn’t read too much into it. But it makes sense to give him starts in AAA to get ready. His last start was more encouraging though.

@RobCSAO17 @MissYankee After this season they can’t send him back down. This year they can send him up and down as much as they want. Each year he goes back down counts as one option. Multiple options are not needed in the same year to send a player down again.

Especially since Cole may not be able to pitch more than 3-4 innings at the start of the season, so he will need a pitcher who gives length.
