your mind tends to dwell on worst case scenario... so you need to actively do the opposite sit in silence for 5 minutes each morning and FEEL as if the best possible thing could happen to you. this is how you reprogram your mind

Renee Good made a bad choice today. Her life is over because her radical ideology took over any sense of rational thinking. Good was reportedly a poet and mother of three children who grew up in Colorado Springs. She was married to a guy who died in 2023. She had apparently turned gay, living in Minneapolis with her partner, who was reportedly on the scene filming her intentionally blocking ICE. White liberal females are the most deranged people in society. This woman has nobody to blame but herself. She’s dead for protecting gang members, illegals, and fraudulent Somalis.
