IMO This is one of the smartest things the government ever did Take an abandoned project, turn it into a park + the building will be used by 2 ministries (assuming they thought about parking) This moves traffic away from 3rd and 6th circle to Marj al Hamam and saves on rent

@jordanfinance @Tscherkessien This plot of land is/was owned by the same developers of jordan gate towers, who were planning to construct a royal village there in 2006. Given GAM’s partly owning JGT, there seems to have been a secret deal/exchange. The lack of info about this is suspicious to say the least

إذا كانت طبيعة المجتمع الأردني تفرض على العشيرة دور سياسي، فما المشكلة؟ معظم نظريات الإدارة تهتم بالنتيجة أكثر بكثر من الطرائق ضمن أعلى مستوى رضا ممن يقع عليهم فعل الإدارة نفسه. لذلك، فنمط الإدارة عادة ما يكون مشتق من خصائص المجتمع لا من اسقاطات مستوردة أو مثاليات. صدقوني أن تدريج الإدراك السياسي في معظم الأحزاب يشابه إلى حد كبير تدريج الإدراك السياسي في أي عشيرة (لا يعتقد أحد أن الوضع داخل الأحزاب قمرة وربيع)، لا بل أن الأدراك في العشيرة يكون أحيانًا أكبر بحكم عراقتها كمؤسسة اجتماعية، ورسوخ أدوات الضبط وصرامة التعليمات. لذلك، لم يخطيء الشباب بالتمسك بمؤسسة العشيرة، فمن سبقهم لم يوفر لهم البديل الحزبي الجاذب ليلومهم (هذا إذا افترضنا جدلًا أن العشيرة لا تستطيع ممارسة السياسة كما يتوهم البعض). الواقع الحزبي اليوم فيه نموذجان: أحزاب وطنية ما زالت تشق طريقها، وأحزاب أيدولوجية مرتبطة بالحدث الخارجي. الموضوع ليس الشكل بقدر ما هو المضمون والنتيجة، وأود هنا أن أذكر بأن الدولة الأردنية جربت العديد من قوانين الانتخاب وكان الناس في كل مرة يتكيفون مع القانون الجديد من منطلق عشائري، وانسحب ذلك على قانون الأحزاب بالمناسبة. إذن علينا أن نتوقف عن التعامل مع الفعل العشائري كمرض أو اعتلال، ناهيك عن لوم الشباب على اللجوء للرابط العشائري. باختصار، ماذا لو أصر المجتمع الأردني في كل مرة على استخدام العشائرية في إدارة شؤونه السياسية، فهل ستستمر حالة التنظير واليوتوبيا التي يمارسها البعض؟ #الأردن
