@NihilNothings 1. Religion (Islam Vs Catholics) 2. Language (Malayic Vs Tagalog) We can never unite if we have 2 different major religions. For languages, at least in Malaysia, majority wants to keep their native tongue. I can say the same for Indonesia. Why tf do we need English?

Honestly, as interesting as it is, how's MaPhilIndo supposed to work when our national languages, especially the 🇵🇭 with Tagalog, & history are somewhat different despite similarities? We can unite under English but it's gonna take time when most can't speak it at the time.

A reason why the Bugis in Malaya identified as Malay while Bugis in Sabah remained Bugis is because the Dutch had good relations with Johor Malays for their aid in seizing Melaka from the Portuguese. Bugis were enemies of the Dutch. So to trade in Dutch ports, Bugis became Malay.

She criticised the Orang Asli Development Department (Jakoa) for instructing the community not to accept visitors without permission from the agency. @MatBulanX @mokudesuka Plenty of Japanese knew about Malaysia, especially the students who were planning to continuing their studies here. It’s cheap, the food is good and there’s plenty of sightseeing that doesn’t really blew through your wallet. Can’t really say the same for the other 2.
